Monterey Bay Aquarium - Portable Bars(right)
We designed, engineered and fabricated six 11' long portable bars for Monterey Bay Aquarium in Monterey, CA. The bars were built upon an aluminum frame structure with applied stainless steel panels, burch front panel and heavy duty casters to accomodate for it's use.
The service station in the back featured dual ice-tubs with cooling plates, 2 double speed racks as well as a sink with a quick disconnect drain tub for draining the ice-water. The bottom shele accomodated for product storage.
The bars were designed to be used individually as well as connected together for larger venues.Our design allowed for each side to meet with the other unit to create a combined assembly.
